The countryman bill hook has a double edged blade with a well balanced design. Suitable for cutting through rough grass, weeds and brush. This traditional edge tool is widely used in forestry, hedge laying, gardening, field and roadside maintenance.
The tool is used in a chopping action to cut bushes, shrubbery and small branches primarily for cutting green wood (living wood – wood which hasn’t dried).
