The Fontana Maestro 60 Gas Fired Pizza Oven is Fontana’s new portable gas pizza oven and was created to be transportable while easily cooking Neapolitan pizza, roasting meat and fish, plus baking bread. It is delivered completely assembled so can be operational in moments to give birth to the best pizzas.
The Fontana Maestro 60 Gas Fired Pizza Oven has been designed to blend high engineering with traditional Italian cooking techniques. Fontana Forni position the gas burner on the bottom, and not on the side, to obtain well distributed heat in even less time while the perfect roundness to it’s vaulted shape facilitates air circulation.
The Fontana Maestro 60 Gas Fired Pizza Oven features a smoke outlet circuit to force the heat to stay in the cooking chamber for a longer time to give a lower gas consumption.
The Fontana Maestro 60 Gas Fired Pizza Oven features a useful cooking surface of 60 cm × 40 cm for performances identical to those of a professional oven.
Made of painted steel and stainless steel, equipped with flue and rainproof chimney, steel door with no-hot handle and analogic thermometer. Inside, a very thick steel flame hitter improves heat distribution and protects the steel vault from any heat stress. The high performance of Maestro 60 is also guaranteed by the thick insulating material that insulates the vault, allowing you to reach high temperatures in less time with less fuel consumption.
