London Brick is an icon of the British Landscape. Longville Stone Brick is perfect for renovation work, suits both contemporary and traditional build projects. This brick is made from clay which has a high thermal mass and low conductivity and when incorporated into a building it gives it acoustic insulation. Clay bricks have a long service life, are reusable after use, and are highly durable and strong for many builds. This brick has a water absorption of 23% and ideal for general purpose brickwork and is frost resistant.
Longville Stone Brick bricks are good for general purpose brickwork but are only moderately frost resistant. Areas of concern include exposed garden and retaining walls, cills, cappings, chimneys and copings, and between ground level and a damp proof course.
