Birtley Olde English brick is perfect for renovation work, suits both contemporary and traditional build projects. This brick is made from clay which has a high thermal mass and low conductivity and when incorporated into a building it gives it acoustic insulation. Birtley Clay bricks have a long service life, are reusable after use, and are highly durable and strong for many builds. This brick has a water absorption of 12% and ideal for general purpose brickwork and is frost resistant.
Birtley Olde English brick generally used for most masonry applications. This water-struck stock brick is durable with S2 soluble salts. The Birtley bricks are manufactured using a traditional process, with a unique texture due to the usage of water in the molding and demolding process.
