The Bellagio is an oven with generous dimensions, perfect for lovers of Italian food and cooking with family and friends. The 80×80 cm cooking surface allows cooking up to 5 pizzas comfortably and over 5 kg of bread. Furthermore, the high thickness stainless steel vault allows to reach the high temperatures necessary for the cooking of a real pizza. (In a very short time and with very little wood). In addition, the cooking surface of the Bellagio which is 3 cm thick refractory material is there for the slow and delicate release of the heat as per tradition.
Above all, the massive insulation in ceramic fiber and natural rock wool allows to keep the temperature for a long time. This also reduces the wood consumption.
