Klober’s Clay Plain Tile Vent is a discreet in-line ventilating tile, suitable for clay and concrete plain tiles that provide 9,000mm2 effective ventilation area.
Alternatively it can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too when used with an adaptor and flexipipe. The in-line design makes the vent virtually invisible in the roof line and is available in brown or red, whilst we also offer a wide colour selection of Universal Plain Tile Vents.
Area of application
- For roof pitches 30° and over.
- For most traditional concrete interlocking tiles
- High and low level ventilation.
